Cancellation Policy
At Updawg, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our furry friends and manage our schedule efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy:
SOCIALIZATION DAY
While we do take appointments for Socialization Days, we understand that the early morning drop off time can be hard to make. There is no penalty for rescheduling a Socialization appointment. We simply ask that you call or text us with as much notice as possible so we can get you rescheduled and have the appropriate dog handlers on staff and ready to meet your pup.
BOARDING SERVICES
More Than 24 Hours Notice: There is no penalty for cancelling a non-holiday appointment. We appreciate you calling or texting to let us know.
Less Than 24 Hours / No Call No Show: We staff and hold suites based on reservations. Last minute cancellations may result in needing a $50 deposit for future stays, depending on the nature of the cancellation. No Call No Show accounts will get flagged and require a deposit for all future boardings.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS
All peak reservation (Holiday) times require a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
